ＥＳＣＡＰＥ

シティポップという音楽ジャンルをポスターで表現しました。シティポップを代表する様々なビジュアルを集め、それらを元に各要素を決定し、レイアウトしました。シティポップについて調べる中、現代から80年代の日本への、また、流行当時は日本から70年代のアメリカへの憧れと現実逃避(Escapeism)がこのジャンルの重要な要素の一つだと感じ、ＥＳＣＡＰＥと名付けました。

This piece is a visualization of the music genre called "City pop". First, I gathered various visuals that evoke the feeling or aesthetic of "City pop". Then, I chose each element and laid them out. During the process of researching "City pop", I recognized that one of the important elements of this genre is the Escapism that comes from admiring to the 80's Japanese culture and 70's American culture. Because of that, I named this piece ＥＳＣＡＰＥ.
